JustPets - Liability Disclaimer

This document sets out the Liability Disclaimer (“Liability”) and Consent (“Consent”) on which "Just Pets" The Precious Seed Malaysia Sdn Bhd having its registered office at Lot 1F-01, Tropicana Gardens Mall, 2A, Persiaran Surian, Tropicana Indah, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. (“We”, “Us” Or “Our”) provides you (“You” Or “Your” Or “User”) with access to the ‘JustPets’ (the “platform”). Please read these terms very carefully.

Assumption of Risk

I understand and acknowledge that interacting with animals at Just Pets Megastore involves inherent risks and uncertainties, including but not limited to the unpredictable behavior of animals. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in activities at the petting zoo, including but not limited to any risks of injury, harm, or damage.

Release and Waiver of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to enter and engage in activities at Just Pets Megastore, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Just Pets Megastore, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses, whether at law or in equity, arising out of or in connection with my visit to the petting zoo.

Responsibility for Personal Property

I acknowledge that Just Pets Megastore is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property, including but not limited to clothing, accessories, and electronic devices, during my visit.

Property Damage

I understand and agree that if I or my child, directly or indirectly, cause damage to any property belonging to Just Pets Megastore, including but not limited to equipment, structures, or exhibits, I am responsible for the cost of repair or replacement. Just Pets Megastore reserves the right to claim compensation for any such damages.

Pet Control

If I bring any pets with me, I agree to keep them under control at all times. In the event that my pet directly or indirectly causes harm or injury to any animals owned by Just Pets Megastore, I understand that Just Pets Megastore reserves the right to claim compensation for veterinary expenses or other related costs. Additionally, I agree to keep my pet restrained in a stroller or similar means of confinement to ensure the safety of both my pet and the animals at the petting zoo.

Consent to Photography and Filming

I grant Just Pets Megastore the right to photograph, film, or otherwise record my likeness and my interactions with animals at the petting zoo. I understand that these images may be used for promotional and educational purposes, and I waive any right to compensation or approval of such use.

Compliance with Rules and Guidelines

I agree to comply with all rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by Just Pets Megastore and its staff during my visit. I understand that failure to comply may result in my removal from the premises.

Emergency Medical Treatment

In the event of any injury or medical emergency, I authorize Just Pets Megastore to seek and obtain medical treatment on my behalf. I understand that I am solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

I understand and acknowledge that interacting with animals at Just Pets Megastore or at any events organized by Just Pets Megastore involves inherent risks and uncertainties, including but not limited to the unpredictable behavior of animals. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in activities at the petting zoo and event, including but not limited to any risks of injury, harm, or damage.
